Cancellation Policy
Live Workshop Registration Policy We understand that schedules change. To keep our live workshops running smoothly for everyone, please review the following policy before registering. Registration Registration is open until 24 hours before the workshop begins, provided seats are still available. Each workshop has limited seating to ensure a high-quality, interactive experience. Cancellations You may cancel your registration up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the workshop begins are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling You may reschedule your registration to another available workshop up to 24 hours before the class begins at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the workshop cannot be accommodated. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled workshop and have not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, your registration will be considered a no-show. No refunds or transfers will be issued for missed workshops. Workshop Changes In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances: You will be notified as soon as possible. You may choose to: Transfer to another workshop date, or Receive a full refund. Technical Requirements Participants are responsible for: Having a reliable internet connection. Installing any required software (such as Microsoft Excel or Zoom) before the workshop begins. Joining the session a few minutes early to ensure everything is working properly. Technical issues on the participant's end do not qualify for refunds if they occur after the 24-hour cancellation window. Questions? If you need to cancel, reschedule, or have questions about your registration, please contact us at least 24 hours before your workshop begins, and we'll be happy to help. Workshop Recordings: If you're unable to attend due to an unexpected emergency and cannot cancel within the 24-hour window, you'll still receive access to the workshop recording (if recordings are included with your registration). While refunds and rescheduling cannot be provided after the deadline, you'll still be able to learn from the session at your convenience.
